  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with paprika, salt, black pepper, dried thyme, and dried parsley. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Cook the Chicken:
    • Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
    • Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
  4. Combine and Serve:

    • Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the chicken is well-coated and heated through.
    • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side if desired.

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken pieces in a bit of olive oil, garlic, and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • Serve these chicken bites with a side of steamed vegetables, over a salad, or with your favorite dipping sauce.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic and red pepper flakes according to your taste preference.
