Recipe: Keto Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add broccoli florets, bell pepper, and onion to the empty side.
- Stir-fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Combine everything together in the skillet, then add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Stir well to coat everything evenly with the sauce.
