Recipe: Keto Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and add broccoli florets, bell pepper, and onion to the empty side.
  5. Stir-fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  6. Combine everything together in the skillet, then add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  7. Stir well to coat everything evenly with the sauce.
  8. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.
  9. Remove from heat and serve hot.
